Glenn is a seasoned, result-driven practitioner and consultant, primarily working for owners/clients on large capital expenditure (CAPEX) programs/projects and studies. He establishes procurement frameworks and manages the commercial aspects of high-value work packages.

Glenn strives to exceed client expectations, developing stakeholder rapport. He develops package-appropriate contracting strategies and risk mitigation techniques, ensuring quality is a prime focus.
